Return & Cancellation Policy
Restocking Fee on Returns:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, excluding the cost of freight. This fee will not apply if the item was sent incorrectly by RBZ. Please ensure that the item is returned in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Transaction Fee for Cancellations:
If an order is cancelled before shipping, a 4% transaction fee will be charged to cover payment processing fees. Once the order has been shipped, the standard restocking fee will apply in addition to any shipping charges.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components intact. Any items returned in a used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
Warranty Information:
We offer a 1-year warranty on steering wheel grips. If you experience an issue within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received and verified, a replacement will be shipped out.
